Future Talent Programme
Future Talent Programme is Tetra Pak's trainee program. They offer a permanent position with start every year in September. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a trainee at Tetra Pak, you will get to know their entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is only the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
Student Talent Programme
Are you a driven student in your 2nd or 3rd year of studies and ready to interact with a potential future employer? Are you curious about working in an international environment? In the Tetra Pak Student Talent Programme, you will get the chance to gain valuable experience within the world´s leading food processing and packaging innovator, while you´re studying!
The programme is designed for ambitious students who want to gain insight and experience from a potential future employer and to develop an understanding about your own professional future. At the same time, you will contribute to the business with new ideas.
Master Thesis
Do you want to be part of Tetra Pak's innovation, sustainability, technical or development journey? Every year they have approximately 40 thesis projects at Tetra Pak. You can find the available thesis projects at jobs.tetrapak.com.
